Ingredients
- 50ml Romancello
- 50ml soda water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
Method
- Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.
- Pour in Romancello.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Romancello Negroni
A citrus-forward take on the classic Negroni, replacing gin with Romancello for a softer, aromatic profile
Ingredients
- 30ml Romancello
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Orange twist
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Add an orange twist.
Romancello on the Rocks

Method

Romancello Martini
An ultra-clean, Riviera-dry twist on the classic
Ingredients
- 60ml Romancello
- Dash of dry vermouth
- Garnish: Lemon peel
Method
- Add Romancello and a dash of dry vermouth to a mixing glass filled with cold ice.
- Stir until perfectly chilled and silky.
- Double strain into an ice-cold martini glass.
- Optional: express a thin lemon peel over the top for aroma, then discard.
